Frequently Asked Questions

  • It’s best to order as soon as possible but no less than 2 business days. Our weekends tend to fill up rather quickly, especially during season.

    For boards, there is a chance we can accommodate your order so please email us directly if it is a last-minute scenario.

  • Please let us know as soon as possible, We will do our best to accommodate the request by not including nuts on the board or table. There is no guarantee that other items that are placed on the board or table come from a nut free facility.

  • We recommend that you consume your board the day you receive it. However, it can be stored in the fridge overnight with the exception of the crackers.

    **Remember to pull your board out 30 minutes prior to serving so cheese can be brought to room temperature.

  • For our grazing tables we require a 50% deposit to book the event. The remaining balance is due the day prior to the event.

    For our boards we will send you an invoice which must be paid prior to pickup or delivery.

  • For optimal results all items should be consumed within 4 hours from removal from the fridge. The max amount of time the item can be kept out is 6 hours. After 6 hours the contents must be disposed of.

    If you are serving your board at a later time please keep refrigerated until 30 minuets prior to consumption.

    For grazing tables, Good Thyme Grazing will consult with the host to ensure the table is ready at the perfect time prior to guest arrivals.

  • Good Thyme Grazing does Teach a DIY Charcuterie Class. The class is perfect for corporate events, team building exercises, bridal showers, adult birthday parties, and so much more! If booking, all you need is a location with tables, chairs and your favorite beverage, Good Thyme Grazing will bring the rest!
